* Other Areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We may offer free delivery on selected orders or promotions from time to time.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct. Wibibu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wibibu, we carefully check every item before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Eligible for Exchange/Refund

You can request an exchange or refund if:
* You received the wrong item
* The product arrived damaged
* The item is defective
Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery with clear pictures/video proof.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Slight color differences due to screen lighting
* Used or damaged items after delivery
* Accessories without original packaging
